Break Fix vs Contracts

There are two ways to look at this problem. First, if a phone,PC or server breaks down and a break-fix technician comes to work on it, its an hourly billing method. Break fix is first come first serve service.

Contracts work for a solid five hours, but with a service contract the contract will maintain and do PM’s on system and equipment vs waiting for something to breakdown. Service Contracts also give you priority service when something breaks down.
